Diagnostic Search + additional genealogical research
Our policy regarding genealogical research that we do for you is to retain a secure back-up GEDCOM file of your information in case your data gets lost or you want additional services from us in the future. You may opt out of this complementary service at any time. You may read why in “This Is Why” under Genealogical Information in our Full Privacy Policy.
Holocaust Inquiry Submission Replies
If you ask us to submit inquiries to holocaust archives on your behalf, we will ask your permission to retain a copy of the information contained in the replies that you receive. However, we are pleased to submit your inquiry for you, regardless of whether you grant us permission to retain a copy of the information you receive in reply.
The reason we ask permission to retain a copy of that information is so that we can study it to come to a better understanding of the information available in the archive’s records and better serve our clients. You may read more in Holocaust Inquiry Submission Replies in our Full Privacy Policy.
Book Information
We do keep an electronic, archival copy of each book we make, but we do not share it. You may read why in Book Information in our Full Privacy Policy.
We must share a PDF file of your book with our printer in order to have your book printed. They do not share this information with anyone else.
We always keep your personal, family information confidential, but we freely share information about locations, history, and culture. You may read more in Public Historical, Cultural, and Image Information under Book Information in our Full Privacy Policy.
Sample pages
Sample Books and Pages, that include any personal, family information, including those you have probably viewed on this website, are shared only with the express, prior permission of our clients, and only after deleting or changing any information that they do not want to share.
